WARRANTY

Each EquineLUX saddle pad (Item) is under full warranty for a period of 6 (six) months from the day of purchase.

This warranty covers defective material and workmanship. Our Warranty policy doesn't cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, negligence, modifications, natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

Items returned under the Warranty policy must be returned directly to the EquineLUX, must be clean and dry. Dirty and wet items will be subject to a cleaning fee.

After your claim was approved you will be asked to send the Item shipping prepaid directly to EquineLUX. You pay to ship the Item to us; we pay to ship the Item back to you.
